Paint Party Team Leader

Part-Time Employment

The Paint Party Team Leader guides groups through our glow-in-the-dark painting experiences. This role is perfect for creative, outgoing individuals who enjoy leading activities, engaging with guests, and bringing energy to a fun, artistic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paint sessions (Splatter, Spin, and Sip & Paint experiences)
  • Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintaining the studio space
  • Provide basic instruction and encouragement to participants
  • Support private parties and special events

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Interest in art and creativity (teaching experience a plus but not required)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

Art Instructor / Teaching Assistant

The Art Instructor/Teaching Assistant supports immersive painting sessions and classes, helping guests explore their creativity while guiding them through themed projects.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, reels, stories)
  • Assist with graphic design for flyers, digital ads, and in-studio signage
  • Capture event photography and videography
  • Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns to boost community engagement

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Creative eye and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Studio Operations Intern

Internship

The Studio Operations Intern will gain insight into running a creative arts-based business. This role combines customer service, event coordination, and hands-on studio management.
