Paint Party Team Leader
Part-Time EmploymentThe Paint Party Team Leader guides groups through our glow-in-the-dark painting experiences. This role is perfect for creative, outgoing individuals who enjoy leading activities, engaging with guests, and bringing energy to a fun, artistic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead paint sessions (Splatter, Spin, and Sip & Paint experiences)
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintaining the studio space
- Provide basic instruction and encouragement to participants
- Support private parties and special events
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Interest in art and creativity (teaching experience a plus but not required)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Art Instructor / Teaching Assistant
Employment or InternshipThe Art Instructor/Teaching Assistant supports immersive painting sessions and classes, helping guests explore their creativity while guiding them through themed projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist or lead art classes and group paint sessions
- Provide instruction, feedback, and encouragement to participants
- Help develop new workshop ideas and creative activities
- Support classroom preparation and cleanup
Qualifications
- Background in fine arts, painting, or design preferred
- Teaching or facilitation experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Creative Marketing & Design Intern
InternshipThis internship offers hands-on experience in creative marketing for a vibrant arts business. Interns will support visual storytelling, content creation, and digital engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, reels, stories)
- Assist with graphic design for flyers, digital ads, and in-studio signage
- Capture event photography and videography
- Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns to boost community engagement
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Studio Operations Intern
InternshipThe Studio Operations Intern will gain insight into running a creative arts-based business. This role combines customer service, event coordination, and hands-on studio management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the studio
- Support guest check-in and customer service
- Help coordinate private parties and special events
- Learn about scheduling, staffing, and event logistics
- Contribute to improving studio processes and customer experience
